I wanted to write to you to express my thanks for the excellent day at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday.

I brought several overseas guests and was the Match Ball Sponsor for the day.  The food was excellent and hospitality of your staff exemplary.  I kept part of the package a secret from my guests, so they were genuinely overwhelmed when we walked out onto the centre circle.  The day was truly a “once in the lifetime experience” and would like you to pass my thanks on to everybody involved.

I head up the commercial team at Key 103 and entertained some of our local clients there on Tuesday.  It was a superb evening and as a lifelong City fan I’ve attended many games at the stadium. But on Tuesday, I felt the service levels at Manchester City had gone up a notch. We had visits from ex-players who were great at chatting with our clients. The food was superb, and served in way you would expect it to be in a top city centre restaurant. The waitresses, who spent the night keeping on top of our needs, were great - nothing was too much trouble.

I have bought a reasonable amount of hospitality over the years, but I have never used this facility personally because I have my own tickets and sit with my wife week in and week out in the Colin Bell stand. However, the hospitality, food and facilities are superb and it was a great success. We were looked after exceedingly well – the service at our table was brilliant -and all my guests were well impressed. Messrs Bell and Corrigan were super and got to spend quite a bit of time speaking to them.

The gifts went down very well and of course I was especially pleased with the signed shirt which will join my other memorabilia in the City room at home!

I treated my husband Ian and son Paul to two tickets in the Mancuncian for yesterdays game. It was a birthday present for my husband. I just want to say a big thank you to everybody involved in the Mancunian for making it such a special day. Ian and Paul said everything was perfect from walking into the building to walking out. The cherry on the cake was, of course, winning the game, but they both said even if we had lost, it was very special indeed. My husband even met his idol, Colin Bell!  Thanks again for helping me find the perfect birthday present.

I am sending this email to say a big "Thank you" to the hospitaility staff and everyone at MCFC for making my sisters 50th birthday a day she will never forget. From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the service received.  The meal was fantastic, picture in the programme and the bonus was meeting the "legends". She had photos with them and had her autograph book signed. My dad was thrilled too with him remembering the likes of Colin Bell and Mike Summerbee playing in years gone by when he had a season ticket all those years ago. We are hoping to use this facility again soon as it was definitely worth every bit of the money paid.

We had a fabulous day and really enjoyed it all. Must comment on the service as we thought it was first class. Meal service was faultless and it was great to have plenty of staff around elsewhere to point us in the right direction. This is certainly not the case in some stadiums I've noticed.
